San Benito, TX- Ramiro Rios, 74, of San Benito, TX passed away April 27, 2010 at his residence in San Benito.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Maximino and Luisa Perez Rios; and several brothers and sisters.
Ramiro is survived by his wife, Maria Lourdes Pena Rios; his 3 sons, Ramiro Rios, Jr., Arturo Rios and Martin Rios; 6 daughters, Maria Luisa Gomez, Nora Cortez, Luzelva Rios, Maria Vera, Margarita Rios and Manuela Rios; 23 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and 2 sisters, Guadalupe Gaytan and Celia Rios.
Visitations were held Wednesday, April 28, 2010 from 12 Noon to 9:00 P.M. with a Holy Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
Funeral Service was held on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Interment followed to San Benito City Cemetery.
