San Benito, TX- Regina G. Flores, 106, of San Benito, TX, passed away Friday, January 22, 2010 at her residence in San Benito, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband, Antonio Flores; and her sons, Andres and Gilberto Flores; her siblings, Inocenio Gonzales, Manuel Gonzales, Matilde Pena, Jacinta Lucio, Fransica Resendez and Andrea Lucio. Mrs. Flores is survive by her children, Guadalupe Villarreal, Benito (Sofia) Flores, Jose Elias (Alicia) Flores, Pedro (Maria) Flores and Ricardo (Amelia) Flores; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, great-great-great grandchildren and great-great-great-great grandchildren; and her siblings, Jose Guadalupe (Petra) Castillo, Agueda (+Reynaldo, Sr.) Guajardo, Antonio (Irma) Gonzales, Irma (+Cruz) Ramirez, Raquel (Santiago) Resendez, Saul Refugio (Hilda) Gonzalez and Maria Esmeralda (Juan) Sanchez. Visitation was held on Monday, January 25, 2010 from 2:00 P.M to 9:00 P.M. with a Holy Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. Funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Theresa Catholic Church. Interment followed to Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito, Texas. Pallbearers will be George Flores, Gilbert Flores, Stephanie Flores, Armando Flores, Henry F. Villarreal and Andres Flores; honorary pallbearers will be Saul Gonzales and Antonio Gonzales.
