Frank Phillip Pratt, 64, of Port Isabel, Texas passed away on October 13, 2009 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his father, Ashley Beach Pratt; and his brother, Edward Pratt. Frank was a lifetime residence of Port Isabel and a member of Valley Worship Center of Brownsville; he was a Vietnam Veteran and Honorably Discharge from United States Marines. Frank is survived by his loving wife, Paz G. Pratt of Port Isabel; his mother, Vernice Margaret Pratt; 3 sons, Moses (Ella) Pratt, John Frank Pratt, and William A. Pratt; 2 daughters, Cathy Colunga and Telisa Cruz; 2 stepdaughters, Elizabeth (Mark) Mortuk and Cecilia Enriquez Garcia; 3 stepsons, Alejandro Enriquez Garcia, Jorge Enriquez Garcia, and Leoncio Enriquez Garcia; 3 sisters, Lois Johnson, Starr Pratt, and Robin (Frank) Castle; 2 brothers, David Pratt and Vern Pratt; 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; and 7 step grandchildren. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 15, 2009 from 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a Prayer Service to begin at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 16, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at The Lighthouse Assembly of God Church in Port Isabel, with Pastor Steven Hyde officiating. Interment will follow to Port Isabel City Cemetery. Full Military Honors will be conducted at graveside by the American Legion Post 205 of Harlingen,TX, American legion Post 498 and V.F.W post 8791 both of Port Isabel, TX. Pallbearers will be Billy Pratt, Moses Pratt, J.C. Colunga, Jerry Bedore, Joey Cruz, Moses Colunga, and Mark Mortuk.
