Los Indios, TX- Elvira G. Garcia, 95, of Los Indios, TX passed away on Friday, September 18, 2009 at Harlingen Medical Center in Harlingen.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Antonio Garcia; and her parents, Victoriano and Chonita Gomez.
Elvira is survived by her children, Gloria G. (Porfirio) Vasquez and Arnold Garcia; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2009 from 12 Noon to 9:00 P.M. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
A Chapel Service will be held on Monday, September 21, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. Interment will follow to Gomez Cemetery in Los Indios.
