San Benito, TX- Miguel Antonio Tapia, 42, of San Benito, TX passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2009 at his residence in San Benito. Miguel enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all his family that loves him. He was a good husband, father and son. He is preceded in death by his mother, Trinidad Tapia. Miguel is survived by his loving wife, Margarita Tapia; his 4 children, Miguel Antonio Tapia, Jr., Daniel Ray Tapia, Kimberly Renee Tapia and Brandy Ann Tapia; 2 step children, Mychal and Linda Garcia; his father, Antonio Tapia; 3 brothers, Carlos Humberto Tapia, Jorge Angel Tapia and Francisco Ernesto Tapia; and 1 sister, Juanita Yaneth Tapia. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 from 2:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Theresa Catholic Church. Interment will follow to San Benito City Cemetery.
