San Benito, TX- Maria L. Morales, 80, of San Benito, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at Solara Hospital in Harlingen.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose Morales; her daughter, Ana Maria Morales; her brothers, Baldomero, Ebodio; and a sister, Leonor.
Maria is survived by her children, Joe(Adriana) Morales, Omar(Helen) Morales, Jacob(Sonia) Morales, Javier Morales, Norma (Bill) Foshee and Rolando (Sandra) Morales; her grandchildren, Tori, Jennifer, Jason, Vanessa, Michael, Abigail and Janet; her siblings, Luz ( Miguel Angel) De La Gaza, Eliza (Ramon) Villalba, Aurelia Resendez and Margarita (Sergio) Suarez; and numerous other family members.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 11, 2009 from 12 Noon to 9:00 P.M. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Interment will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito.
