The greatest gift a father gives his children is his love. Stern words or admonishments are often used to disguise that love. As we mature we recognize that our fathers' love was a motivating factor in our lives. How can we not but say, "Thank You Daddy for everything. I love you too". My memories of Romeo go back to when he worked for Red Arrow truck line making deliveries. This would have been around the 1970's. Even though I did not come to know him very well he did have a close relationship with my brother, Lucio Esparza (deceased). Please accept my condolences on the death of your loved one.

To The Esparza Family with our deepest sympathy we join you with our prayers and condolences. Some way or another we had just arrived here to Brownsville with the hopes to see him smiling and joking like he always did when we met with him. But God knows what he does and now we will see him go peacefully, where he will join with God Almighty and with the rest of his brothers and sisters. We can imagine him united and welcoming him with their big smiles. Mom loved Tio Romeo so much and I'm sure she will be overjoyed when she sees him again.
