Brownsville, TX- Linda Loane, 57, of Brownsville, passed away in the early morning of July 5, 2009 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, TX. She had been struggling for the past two weeks from an acute attack of vasculitis. Linda was born as the only child to Elvira and Warren Wright on November 27, 1951 in Hammond, Indiana. She grew up in Hammond and graduated from Gavit High School. Shortly after graduation she married Edward Czerwinski and became the proud mother of two sons, Edward Jr. and James. Linda is also survived by two granddaughters, Jessica and Julia Czerwinski. While raising her sons she also did bookwork for several different financial institutions. Linda ended her first marriage on July 11, 1989. She remarried on October 19, 1996 to Terrill Loane. Shortly after her remarriage she discovered healing powers in her hands. She attended Sawyer College to become a certified massage therapist. After her graduation she became a supervisor for team events at Sawyer College and practiced massage at Concepts in Massage. In August of 2005, Linda and Terrill moved to the Rio Grande Valley in Texas. There Linda worked as an activity director for two of the local RV resorts. She also continues and expanded her massage practice. She appeared to have the gift of healing hands and was devoted to helping others. On February 4, 2006 she joined the Unity Church of Brownsville and became a spiritual leader. -Linda devoted her life to helping and healing others. She was loved by many of us and will be greatly missed. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 6:00 P.M. at Unity Church located at Seville Blvd and Ruben Torres Blvd in Brownsville. A reception will follow.
