Esequiel H. Rios RIO HONDO, TX. —Esequiel H. Rios, 78, passed away on June 5 , 2007 at his residence in Rio Hondo. He was born on February 15, 1929 to Policarpio and Guadalupe Rios. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Armando Rios; brother, Billy Rios; son-in-law, Juan Lopez. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Carolina E. Rios; children, Esequiel Rios Jr. (Isabel), Olga J. Lopez, Abel Rios, Guadalupe Rios (Rosalinda), Elizabeth Atkinson (Lee), Genoveva Primus (Freddy), Anna M. Wilt (Donald); 18 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers; 6 sisters. Visitation will be held on Thursday June 7, 2007 at Thomae Garza Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with Prayer Services at 7:00pm. Funeral Services will be held on Friday June 8, 2007 at 10:00am at La Trinidad Assembly of God Church in Rio Hondo with Pastor Lazaro Uribe officiating. Interment will follow at Rio Hondo Community Cemetery. Words of comfort may be sent to the family of Esequiel H.
